PEEK Material
Polyether ether ketone / PEEK
The (Polyether ether ketone) PEEK material is a unique, versatile, semi-crystalline engineering thermoplastic with excellent chemical resistance.
Due to its high heat distortion and temperature resistance, PEEK material can be used at temperatures up to 250 - 260 °C. The melting point of this high temperature plastic is approx. 341 °C.
PEEK materials are often used in environments with hot water or steam and are still able to maintain their physical properties such as flexural strength and tensile strength at a high level.
Polyetheretherketone is often disadvantage as merely a high-priced engineering thermoplastic. However, experienced users appreciate the added value that PEEK plastics especially PEEK tubing offer their desirable material properties in semiconductor industry; that is to say, the ability to produce components that are lighter, more resilient and can withstand demanding operating conditions for longer periods of time.
Triangleplas-solution have engaged in extrusion full forms of PEEK sheet and PEEK rod, PEEK tubing, offer Virgin PEEK and ESD PEEK material for years, with experienced engineering's excellent technology and deep understanding in this material, our PEEK material have always renown for it's stable properties and in-time availability of full sizes.
