Overview of ESD POM sheet

ESD electrostatic dissipative polyoxymethylene POM sheet, which can be referred to as ESD POM sheet and ESD POM rod, is an electrostatic dissipative material made of POM C with excellent antistatic and mechanical properties. It provides stable and uniform antistatic values. The surface and volume resistivity is  106 Ω–109Ω/square. It is widely used in fixtures, fixtures, wafer processing components and other electronic components that require electrostatic control. It is suitable for many fields, such as electronic appliances, automotive industry, medical equipment, etc., and can prevent damage caused by static electricity accumulation and discharge.

Typical Properties of ESD POM sheet

Ø  Good wear resistance, high rigidity, high hardness

Ø  Good mechanical properties, does not crack during processing

Ø  Good self-lubricating properties

Ø  Non-absorbent, stable dimension

Ø  High creep resistance, Good fatigue resistance

Ø  The dielectric constant and dielectric loss only changed a little
